¿Quiénes son? Somos Berenice y Mariela Gallardo, empresarias en negocios digitales.

¿Qué personalidades consideras tus mayores influencias? Pues son varias personalidades que han generado influencia positiva en nuestra vida, desde autores de libros hasta mentores de negocios, por ejemplo, Madre Teresa, Mario Alonso Puig, John Maxwell, Karol Woytila entre otros

¿Pueden hablarme de un momento en el que demostraron habilidades de liderazgo? Creo que ha sido en esta transición de emprendedoras a empresarias, ya que esto ha conllevado varios desafíos entre ellos cumplir metas y generar resultados, donde no solo eres tú y tus sueños, es poder apoyar a nuestro equipo de socios a también cumplir sus sueños, es, lograr guiar y dar un ejemplo positivo, pues creo que el liderazgo es esa influencia a través de un ejemplo inspirador.

¿Cómo monitorean el desempeño de las personas que tiene que liderar? Tenemos momentos de mentoría donde evaluamos ciertas métricas pues lo que no se mide no se puede controlar y además también charlamos sobre su desarrollo personal, para encontrar áreas de oportunidad para apoyarles a que desarrollen su máximo potencial.

¿Es capaz de delegar responsabilidades de manera eficiente? Si, por qué creemos que lo más importante para el crecimiento de una persona es creer en ellos, tener las mejores expectativas sobre la gente.

¿Cómo describiría su estilo de liderazgo? Un liderazgo humanista que busca influir de manera positiva en las personas, para que logren su mejor versión y a su vez se puedan convertirse en líderes

¿Qué puede hacer para motivar a un equipo? Enseñándoles a que nunca pierdan de vista sus sueños, pues los sueños son la energía necesaria para lograr cualquier meta que alguien se proponga.

¿Crees que hay suficiente apoyo por parte de las autoridades en lo que respecta a los nuevos talentos? Creo que aún hay una gran área de oportunidad en la que se puede crecer mucho en este aspecto, sin embargo, pensamos que un líder emprendedor siempre busca las maneras de comenzar con los recursos que cuenta al inicio, además a través de su creatividad resolver e irse abriendo camino

¿Cuáles han sido las dificultades como mujer encontraste en el camino para ser empresaria? Lograr mantener un balancea en los diferentes roles de nuestras vidas como madres, esposas, profesionistas del área de la salud y la faceta de empresarias.

Cuéntanos que has aprendido de la rama empresarial en el terreno profesional: Hemos aprendido que la persistencia vence siempre a la resistencia, que si te quedas el tiempo suficiente haciendo las cosas vas a desarrollar habilidades que terminan superando a cualquier talento

¿Qué valores son los más importantes para usted como líder? Creemos que como líderes son varios los valores que pueden ser importantes pero los primordiales serían el servicio, pero no sin ir acompañado del amor, es decir servir a los que nos rodean, pero no como una obligación o compromiso impuesto si no algo que en verdad venga del corazón por el simple hecho de estar sirviendo a un ser humano que es valioso por el solo hecho de existir

¿Es capaz de colaborar con otros y aceptar nuevas ideas? Así es pues pensamos que en la variedad y diferencia de ideas se encuentra una verdadera riqueza para la humanidad

¿Cómo maneja los desacuerdos con los compañeros de trabajo? Exponiendo las ideas de manera libre, más siempre sopesando el bien común del equipo de trabajo.

¿Quién es su líder favorito? ¿Por qué? A nosotras nos encanta el liderazgo de Jesús, precisamente porque en su liderazgo hay amor y servicio por la humanidad.

¿Se siente más cómodo con la comunicación verbal o escrita? En la verbal por qué involucra más emociones y pensamos que eso conecta más con los otros, sin embargo, no estamos cerradas a lo escrito, creo que luego nos encantaría escribir inclusive un libro, de nuestras aventuras como hermanas gemelas emprendedoras, creo que lo llamaríamos al libro: crónicas de una vida geme luna

¿Qué fortalezas aportaría a este puesto en particular? Creo que entre nuestras fortalezas está la empatía y conexión con los demás, la comunicación y la escucha activa Que pensamos son claves a la hora de buscar apoyar el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de un equipo

¿Qué tan bien conoce nuestra organización? ¿Qué cambios buscaría hacer si trabajara aquí? Lo que sabemos acerca de su organización es que buscan un empoderamiento de las personas con espíritu emprendedor, lo cual nos parece algo muy loable y digno de edificar, así que no buscaríamos en si un cambio, más bien buscaríamos la manera de hacer llegar esta información llena de buenos valores a más rincones del planeta Pues una vida emprendedora puede inspirar a otras vidas que aún están pensando en si dar o no el siguiente paso rumbo a la vida de sus sueños.

¿Qué consejo les darías a las mujeres empresarias, emprendedoras o las que quieran llegar a serlo? Que trabajen mucho en la creencia en sí mismas, que se conozcan y descubran sus dones para que a través de ellos pueden desarrollarse y servir a los demás, que amen su esencia que las hace únicas Y que se mantengan en el camino pues así lograrán la vida de sus sueños, ya que, si esos sueños están allí en su corazón, es porque pueden ser alcanzados

What does be an entrepreneur mean to you? Today, I as an artist found new means to pursue a creative life, regardless of whether my interests lie in fine art, art history, contemporary art, art education, computer graphics, or art curation And I undoubtedly fall inside that group The happiness you have from being your own boss is unmatched In order to categorize a number of creative areas, the terms "professional artist," "visual artist," and "traditional artist" are frequently used I have decided to work in other art-related professions to supplement my income, such as art instruction, art curation, art writing, and finally the multicultural platform Art4you Gallery Regardless of the job direction individuals choose, the business part of their creative work should be considered Soft skills must also be cultivated if you want to run a successful business. What was your motivation to become an entrepreneur? What have been the biggest difficulties as a woman that you encountered in this job? Designating one who thinks and makes sense of artists' works, one who reflects on, questions, and criticizes emerging realities in the world of art, is a task for an independent curator It's more if it's with relatives As a curator, I am a multitasker - an editor by nature, a writer of paradoxes and parallels, and a storyteller Putting administrative work aside is difficult for me from this perspective I believe that young men will bring revolutionary changes to the work and position of the curator with the help of new technologies, which motivates women to continue this difficult task. As a curator, dealing with the concepts of the past, present, and future is an unavoidable responsibility However, women use intuition as a 'weapon ' It is critical for me to understand when I need to adjust the procedure in order to overcome these problems It was really tough for me to choose to be an independent curator as a woman, but it allows me to maintain a completely autonomous approach to my artistic decisions with the backing of my family Finally, I can state that I prefer to collaborate with my intuition while keeping my eyes open to the future Why not make an effort to overcome the obstacles

There will be those who think that you are very lucky, so tell us also about the difficult times you have lived until you get here One of the difficult periods was during Covid. It took a dual effort to support and promote everyone's access to art in order to keep it alive during the Covid era I made the decision to fill this vacuum by providing online art exhibitions. I thought it served as a further reminder to all of us of the amazing ability of art to bring people together and foster connections during trying times Luckily, 26 virtual 3D and online art shows were held by Us Art4you Gallery during the pandemic These virtual 3d exhibitions were designed to allow visitors to move freely between viewing areas, creating a fresh interactive experience

What are some of the challenges of this industry? One of the difficulties, I believe, is the scarcity of curatorial positions If you want to be a curator, you'll have to compete with a lot of other people I believe there have historically been some diversity issues in the industry

How do you define your style, who do you draw inspiration from? It all comes down to striking the perfect balance between my original ideas and an artist's creative thinking Cooperation, communication, and open-mindedness are essential in any relationship, as they are in any other. The substance of an artwork should not be altered for exhibition purposes, but it can be "enhanced" in some situations I might assist in staging an artwork in order to extract a new interpretation from it that differs from the one intended by the artist Finally, a successful display is dependent on both sides' professional attitude and receptiveness

What have you learned from your previous successes? Getting rid of those that are negative and do not support you

Do you consider that recognition has a real value when you receive it? Yes, recognition has a strong motivating effect.

To almost finish the interview, being so young, what goals would you like to achieve? An excellent entrepreneur is conscious of their advantages and disadvantages We should create teams that complement their strengths rather than allowing weaknesses to hold them back To ensure long-term success, concentrate on the entire process. What do you want the general audience to know about the potential of art? What advice would you give to women entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs or those who want to become one? My one piece of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to be flexible to change and honest in their decisions There will be no compromises The most crucial piece of instruction is to respect art (your field of work or what u do)

¿Qué significa para ti ser futbolista? Para mí el ser futbolista significa tener una parte totalmente alterna, pero siempre ubicada en mi interior, donde puedo desarrollarme de una manera diferente, explotando en el día a día todas mis cualidades porque, aunque suene cliché “Como juegas vives” y disfruto cada momento dentro de una cancha.

¿Cuál fue tu motivación para realizarlo? Desde el día uno ha sido mi familia, porque son quienes siempre han estado y hecho todo por apoyarme sin importar la situación, esa es la principal por el lado emocional. Pero a manera de crecimiento personal, sueño con ser exitosa en mi pasión, por eso trabajo para mejorar porque la exigencia diaria es contra mi misma

¿Cómo empezaste a jugar fútbol? ¿Qué tal fueron tus inicios? Mi papá es ex futbolista profesional de la extinta primera división A y como segunda pasión eligió estar de una manera diferente en un campo de futbol, y esta fue como DT, creó su centro de formación y cuando yo tuve 9 años decidí intentar practicar el deporte. Porque malamente antes de esa edad tenía la idea de que los deportes de contacto eran para niños Después del día 1 me di cuenta que era algo que me gustaba y esperaba a diario la hora de ir a entrenar, a partir de ahí me di cuenta que era mi pasión y decidí que dejaría de ser un hobbie para buscar realizarlo como un sueño

¿Qué opinaba tu entorno, tus amigos, tu familia, al ver tu afición por este deporte y tus progresos? Al comienzo, a mi familia materna no le agradaba la idea por lo ya antes mencionado; sin embargo, mis papás siempre me mantuvieron consciente de que en mi vida tendría que hacer lo que a mi me gusta, sin importar el intentar brindarles satisfacción a las demás personas. Conforme pasa el tiempo y el sueño de ser profesional llega a estar un poco más cerca, gracias a la creación de la Liga MX femenil Su idea comenzó a mejorar al ver que de verdad me empeñaba en mejorar para lograrlo.

Al llegar al Club León y tras debutar como una de las jugadoras de menor edad en la liga, su apoyo en general ya era más constante, cabe mencionar que por claras razones el apoyo de la familia por parte de mi papá siempre estuvo Y como final evidencia de la aceptación por entender que actualmente es mi estilo de vida, para estar conmigo en la final donde se dio el resultado para ser campeona del torneo Clausura 2023, mi familia materna se unió con mi familia nuclear para hacer una actividad vendiendo hamburguesas, con la finalidad de reunir recursos suficientes para estar presentes conmigo en ese gran día

¿De pequeña te imaginaste alguna vez vivir del fútbol profesional? Antes de los 9 años ni siquiera me pasaba la idea de practicarlo, pero al ver que si era posible me forje la idea de hacerlo así; sin embargo, como creencia personal creo que en general como atleta de alto rendimiento si necesitas una carrera profesional en la cual desempeñarte en caso de cualquier situación Pero en la actualidad como mujer en un deporte en el que se encuentran aún muchas desigualdades, como lo es el futbol profesional dentro de México, es aún más necesario el contar con algo diferente para tener más amplio el abanico de posibilidades de ser exitosa al nivel que yo sueño.

¿Cuáles han sido las dificultades más grandes como mujer que te encontraste en este deporte? Creo que lo principal es que no se nos de el mismo valor e importancia a lo que desempeñamos sin importar el género Sí, entiendo que es poco el tiempo que llevamos, pero el crecimiento va acorde a lo esperado, por ende, es necesario que la igualdad comience a hacer su labor.

¿Cómo defines tu estilo, en quién te inspiras? Tanto como jugadora y persona soy alguien de carácter fuerte, con muchos valores, decidida y resiliente Pero también tengo un enorme corazón, soy cariñosa y amable, me parece que la clave es encontrar un balance en todo lo que hagas. Por lo que mis mayores ejemplos son Cristiano Ronaldo y Megan Rapinoe

Para casi finalizar la entrevista, siendo tan joven, ¿Qué objetivos te gustaría alcanzar? La principal es volver a primera división, lograr un campeonato en este circuito y ser seleccionada mexicana representando a mi país en un mundial, por otro lado, y más avanzado el tiempo me gustaría jugar en Europa

Una película Soy fan de Disney y me encanta “La Bella y la Bestia” y por el lado de las series tengo 4 favoritas que son: Anne with E, La reina Charlotte, Gossip Girl y TVD.

Una afición que no sea deportiva. Me encanta escribir y escuchar música

Una comida con la que disfrutes. Soy fan #1 de la pasta.

¿Qué consejo les darías a las mujeres empresarias, emprendedoras, deportistas o las que quieran llegar a serlo? Que nuca se rindan, todos los procesos cuestan, pero siempre te llevan a lo que quieres lograr No dejes que nada te detenga y sobre todo siempre da todo de ti misma.

We know you love to entertain! You know that motto: do the thing you love every day, even if you won’t be paid for it. So, this is my engine, the thing that keeps me going.

Do you think there is an objective formula that allows any businesswoman to achieve success? As I said before, form my experience, there are some key factors: work, passion, a great team, effort.

Do you consider that recognition has a real value when you receive it? It’s important to be appreciated for what you do, because it’s a feedback you receive, it motivates you and it helps you evolve!

To almost finish the interview, being so young, what goals would you like to achieve? I would like to have a hit well known in the entire world, to perform in some countries I haven’t sang yet.

What advice would you give to women entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs or those who want to become one? It’s important to have a great team you can rely on, with whom you can build your projects, a dream big enough to motivate you every day and a lot of hard work and passion to achieve your goals

How do you define your style, who do you draw inspiration from? I am inspired by the people around me, from my team, other artists in the world, my colleagues in the studio.

What have you learned from your previous successes? That almost everything can be done, that some things are achieved at the right time.
